Function Room Hire
Blackhill Club has two rooms available for hire throughout the year.
Our warm lounge can comfortably host up to 80 guests and offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. This room is great for small functions, meetings and community activities.
The Lounge has the advantages of a Juke Box machine, Air Conditioning a Large Flat Screen TV, Stage and Dance floor.
The Function Hall is a huge room with a grand feel, which can comfortably host up to 200 guests. Our hall is suitable for large functions including weddings and christenings as well as fates, fayres and larger community activities. This is the perfect venue for live music performances and party celebrations.
The Function Hall has excellant acoustics and is equipped with a PA Sound System, large Dance floor and Stage and has the option to decorate as you wish. We have many extras available to personalise the room for your event and have equipment available to hire direct to add those special touches.
Blackhill Club offers an exclusive catering service to our members and guests. We can provide a variety of Hot & Cold Catering options, alongside our extensive Drinks selection.
With a 5 Star hygeine rating and over 40 years catering experience on our staff, we provide High Quality meals at afforable club prices.
Blackhill Club is required to follow booking procedures before confirming all hire requests.
To book you are required to complete and return a Booking Form to us (via email, post or in the bar) and agree to our club rules. Your booking will be approved by our Management Committee on the next Wednesday and will be confirmed in writing. Your booking will be confirmed, in writing, within 7 days of the approval.
Once confirmed the details of your requirements and event will be confirmed by telephone, or in person if required. We want your event with us to run as smoothly as possible and will use our wealth of experience to help you plan and prepare for hire.
