Function Room Hire
Blackhill Club has two rooms available for hire throughout the year.
Our warm lounge can comfortably host up to 80 guests and offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. This room is great for small functions, meetings and community activities.
The Lounge has the advantages of a Juke Box machine, Air Conditioning a Large Flat Screen TV, Stage and Dance floor.
Our recently decorated Concert Room is a huge hall with a grand feel, which can comfortably host up to 200 guests. Our hall is suitable for large functions including weddings and christenings as well as fates, fayres and larger community activities. This is the perfect venue for live music performances and party celebrations.
The Function Hall has excellent acoustics and is equipped with a PA Sound System, projector and screen, large Dance floor and Stage and has the option to decorate as you wish. We have many extras available to personalise the room for your event and have equipment available to hire direct to add those special touches.
The Concert Room is also perfect for Business use including conferences, demonstrations or training facilities and we can also provide great value food and refreshments if required as part of your booking. Blackhill Club is required to follow booking procedures before confirming all hire requests.
To book you need to complete and return a simple Booking Form to us (via email, post or in the bar) and agree to our club rules. Your booking will be approved by our Management Committee on the next Wednesday and will be confirmed in writing within 7 days of the approval.
Once confirmed the details of your requirements and event will be confirmed by telephone, or in person if required. We want your event with us to run as smoothly as possible and will use our wealth of experience to help you plan and prepare for hire.
