Blackhill Club’s Management team and staff, have vast experience in organising and hosting functions and special events and are available to help make yours perfect!
Our function rooms have more to offer than just space. Each room boasts a stage, dancefloor, sound system and disco lights. These versatile rooms can be shaped to suit your personal requirements, Priding ourselves on affordable rooms, services and hospitality we are the perfect venue to hold your special event!
To secure a private hire booking, you must complete, sign and return a Booking form, you can return your completed booking form by email, post or by dropping it into one of our staff at the club. In order for us to process your booking correctly a signed copy of the private hire rules below must be agreed to by way of signature and returned with your booking form.
Once received and processed you will receive confirmation of you booking in the method you have selected on your booking form, this will include an itemised break down of your requirements, the cost and payment details.
A member of the management team will contact you prior to your function taking place, to ensure all details of your event are up to date, and the information we have on file is accurate. This enables us to ensure smooth running of your function and preparation, Giving you the best experience possible.
